Refund policy

The order may be cancelled by Customer without penalty within (i) 3 business days, for a pre-assembled Structure from an authorized SDI dealer lot (an "Off-the-Lot Structure"), or (ii) 7 business days, for a custom-designed Structure (a "Build-to-Order Structure"), in each case measured from the day Acceptance occurs (each such period, the "Cancellation Period"). If the Order is cancelled by Customer during the applicable Cancellation Period, SDI shall refund any amounts paid by Customer to SDI in respect of such Order. If customer cancels the Order outside the applicable Cancellation Period, Customer will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total purchase price of the Structure. SDI may cancel the Order at any time, in which case SDI shall refund any amounts paid by Customer to SDI in respect of such Order. Metal structures are nonrefundable as materials begin customization as soon as order is submitted.
